The Account Supervisor role at SkyChefs plays a vital part as the primary liaison between airline clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, service delivery, and operational efficiency. Positioned in Phoenix, this on-site role offers a competitive salary range of $56,949.36 to $71,186.70 annually. The Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational coordination, managing client expectations, and ensuring contract compliance with a laser focus on quality, safety, and reliability. This role demands a strong aptitude for managing budgets and performance metrics while identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvements. By fostering trusted client relationships, addressing customer needs proactively, and collaborating closely with Quality and Operations teams, the Account Supervisor ensures the delivery of tailored and high-quality in-flight catering services that align with SkyChefs’ high standards. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years in a customer-facing, operations, or service role
Experience in aviation, food service, catering, hospitality, or logistics preferred
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Experience managing product and labor cost drivers
Comfortable in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business tools

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Build trusted relationships with assigned airline partners
Act as the daily liaison between customers and operations teams
Communicate proactively, anticipate needs, and follow through consistently
Ensure accurate billing, provisioning, and customer-specific inventory levels
Support on-time departures by coordinating catering plans and last-minute changes
Track and maintain equipment and product pars tied to airline standards
Monitor quality scores, flight attendant feedback, and service data
