The Account Manager role at Towne Park is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the performance of one Tier 1 or Tier 2 account, ensuring financial success and excellence in guest, patient, and client satisfaction. This position involves managing key business metrics, optimizing operational processes, and leading a team of associates to achieve high levels of productivity and service quality. The Account Manager is deeply involved in financial management, human resources, service delivery, client relations, safety, and sales responsibilities to ensure the account not only meets but exceeds expectations. Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of related experience and/or training
  • Knowledge of business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
  • Ability to pass motor vehicle record check
  • Ability to pass drug screening

Job Duties

  • Understand and drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance
  • Improve financial performance and profitability of the account
  • Understand contractual agreement and maximize opportunities
  • Move metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service and turnover
  • Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting and timekeeping
  • Ensure forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are timely and accurate
  • Utilize standardized business systems and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Engage in recruitment and hiring to select best people
  • Foster environment to retain talented associates
  • Respond proactively to associate feedback and satisfaction surveys
  • Provide orientation and on-the-job training to new associates
  • Recognize great performance and provide growth opportunities
