Job Description
Ideagen is a global software company dedicated to providing advanced solutions that enhance quality, compliance, governance, risk management, and operational performance across various industries. Recognized as the invisible force supporting everyday safety and efficiency, Ideagen's software plays a crucial role behind the scenes in diverse fields such as aviation, food safety, and healthcare. With a presence in America, Australia, Malaysia, and India, Ideagen is a truly international company fostering a dynamic, innovative, and inclusive work environment. The company embraces cutting-edge technology, including AI, to empower its teams to work smarter and deliver impactful solutions that make the world safer and better for everyone.
The Account Executive role at Ideagen, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, represents an exciting opportunity for sales professionals with experience in the healthcare sector, particularly those skilled in selling into US hospitals and health systems. As Ideagen continues to expand its footprint in North America, this position is integral to driving new business growth within the healthcare market. The role is designed for experienced professionals who thrive in complex sales environments, are adept at navigating multifaceted procurement processes, and have a track record of building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
This hybrid working role fosters a flexible approach, combining remote and office-based work to suit employee needs while maintaining close collaboration with the Revenue department and wider teams. Although the salary will be discussed at a later stage, candidates can expect a competitive package aligned with their expertise and success in new business sales.
In this role, the successful candidate will focus on developing and winning new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the United States. Healthcare buying environments are uniquely complex and require a deep understanding of how hospitals evaluate, procure, and implement technology solutions. The Account Executive will confidently engage with stakeholders at every stage of the buying journey, ensuring that Ideagen’s products and services address critical operational and compliance challenges faced by healthcare organizations.
While domain expertise in topics like quality, compliance, governance, and risk management can be learned, prior experience selling into hospitals or healthcare systems is crucial. Candidates with a background in SaaS or enterprise software sales will have an additional advantage. Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling skills, and the ability to navigate complex buying groups and procurement processes are essential to success in this role.
Ideagen values employees who are ambitious, growth-oriented, and motivated by achievement and continuous learning. The ideal candidate is curious, enjoys building relationships, and is skilled at opening doors and creating new opportunities. This role offers a unique chance for account managers eager to transition into a new business-focused position or for successful sales professionals ready to embrace a bigger opportunity in the healthcare technology sector.
Beyond the role, Ideagen fosters a work-life balance and supports flexible working arrangements to accommodate diverse needs. Candidates requiring reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process are encouraged to communicate these needs confidently. Joining Ideagen means becoming part of a forward-thinking company that prioritizes its people, embraces innovation, and is committed to making the world a safer place through cutting-edge technology and dedicated customer partnerships.
