As the leader of the crew, the Stand Manager is responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the location while preserving and promoting 7 Brew’s core company culture, values, and mission. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience managing or supervising a team
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- strong commitment to company values and culture
- ability to perform physical tasks related to store upkeep
- availability for training ahead of the store’s opening date
