The Stand Manager position at 7 Brew’s upcoming Kalamazoo, MI location is a unique leadership opportunity to be the face, heart, and spirit of this coffee revolution. As the leader of the crew, the Stand Manager is responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the location while preserving and promoting 7 Brew’s core company culture, values, and mission. This includes overseeing operations, training and coaching team members, handling administrative duties, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile and an exceptional coffee experience. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience managing or supervising a team
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • strong commitment to company values and culture
  • ability to perform physical tasks related to store upkeep
  • availability for training ahead of the store’s opening date
