The 4th Floor EDR Coordinator position at Aramark is a pivotal role designed to support the smooth coordination of meetings, events, guest services, registration, and various administrative tasks for the 4th Floor Executive Dining Room (EDR) operation. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests, clients, meeting attendees, and internal teams visiting the 4th Floor EDR.
The role involves managing visitor check-in procedures, handling attendee lists, printing name badges and table tents, confirming meetings and headcounts, maintaining daily event lists and meeting board updates, restocking supplies, providing phone support, handling mail and deliveries, and assisting guests as needed. Additionally, the Coordinator uses internal communication systems such as radios and paging to facilitate seamless coordination and maintains awareness of emergency procedures to ensure the safety of employees and guests. This position demands strong communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a proactive approach to guest service.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience in customer service
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
- strong reading and writing skills
- ability to work independently
- clear spoken English
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- valid driver's license
