Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- good verbal and written communication skills
- capable of communicating effectively with restaurant management, guests and co-workers
- bi-lingual skills a plus
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to interact comfortably with guests
- problem solving skills
- ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks
- ability to take initiative
Job Duties
- Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures
- take appropriate action to ensure all guests receive superstar service
- work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- clean and stock the station area(s)
- perform other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensure all guests receive hot, quality products
- prepare, package and deliver all products according to menu standards
- handle all food products according to company procedures
- follow food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- participate in crew person training program
- communicate with supervisor for additional training needs
- keep supervisor informed of anything affecting guests or operations
- contribute to restaurant success by accomplishing expected work
- support restaurant management goals and directives
- follow food and cash control guidelines
- properly use products, supplies, equipment and facilities
