The 3rd Shift Concierge plays a critical role in maintaining the security and smooth operation of the community during overnight hours. This position requires a proactive individual who can remain alert throughout their shift from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, Thursday through Monday, ensuring the premises are clean, orderly, and secure. The 3rd Shift Concierge carries out a variety of responsibilities including janitorial tasks, monitoring safety systems, providing emergency response, and delivering personalized service to residents, families, and guests.

The ideal candidate for this role will be dependable, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. They must demonstrate the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently, creating peace of mind for residents and staff alike. Valet services also form a part of the role, requiring a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. The position is full-time, offering competitive pay between $17.75 and $19.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision coverage options, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
