Job Description
Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a fast-growing, family-owned company that operates over 60 senior living communities nationwide. Dedicated to serving seniors with a servant-hearted philosophy, RLC focuses on creating vibrant, resort-style environments where residents feel at home and valued. The company is driven by its Core Values: Respect, Honesty, Kindness & Compassion, and Service Excellence, which guide every interaction and decision within the community. RLC strives to achieve four essential goals: happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations, ensuring both operational efficiency and a fulfilling workplace culture.
As a 3rd Shift Concierge at Resort Lifestyle Communities, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and smooth operation of the community during overnight hours. This full-time role requires a dependable individual who can remain alert and proactive throughout the night to handle various responsibilities including maintaining cleanliness, responding promptly to emergencies, and supporting the overall safety of the community. The shift runs from 11:00pm to 7:30am Thursday through Monday. Your presence ensures that by morning, the community is presentable, safe, and ready for residents to enjoy their day.
This position is ideal for someone who finds joy in helping others, who values creating peace of mind for residents and staff, and who thrives in a dynamic environment that requires multitasking and problem-solving. You will be the friendly face welcoming residents, families, and guests during the overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The role demands a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety protocols and operational standards.
In addition to on-site tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, cleaning shared spaces, and caring for community amenities, the 3rd Shift Concierge is responsible for monitoring emergency systems, coordinating with responders when necessary, and supporting community events with tasks like providing responsible alcohol service and assisting with event setup. Administrative duties include handling room service requests, selling meal tickets, scheduling transportation, and maintaining organized records. This diversity of responsibilities ensures that the community functions smoothly and that residents have a consistently positive living experience.
RLC values its employees and offers competitive compensation and benefits. Full-time employees receive a $341 benefit stipend per pay period which can be utilized for health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, accident insurance, and legal protection. Additional benefits include paid time off, access to pay anytime, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. RLC promotes a supportive work environment with leadership committed to employee growth and engagement, all within a setting designed to feel inviting and family-oriented.
Joining RLC means becoming part of a mission-driven team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of seniors every day. If you are an adaptable, friendly, and responsible professional seeking a purposeful role with meaningful impact, consider applying to Resort Lifestyle Communities as a 3rd Shift Concierge. Your commitment will help create a secure, clean, and welcoming environment that residents love to call home.
