Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • able to valet park vehicles safely
  • able to work Thursday-Monday 11:00pm to 7:30am while staying alert for entire shift
  • must meet local alcohol service requirements
  • obtain food handler permits within two weeks of hire
  • reliable and punctual
  • able to adapt to shifting priorities
  • capable of working independently
  • supportive of team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Job Duties

  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the community including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, operating floor scrubber, maintaining indoor pond, refreshing restrooms and bistro, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, rolling silverware, emptying waste baskets, dusting, replenishing ice, cleaning coffee and ice cream machines, caring for the salad bar and ensuring all shared spaces and furnishings are tidy and stocked
  • respond calmly and quickly to emergencies
  • monitor resident call systems and coordinate with emergency responders as needed
  • support community safety by monitoring building systems including fire alarms and following emergency protocols
  • assist with administrative support including taking room-service requests, selling meal tickets, distributing menus, completing porch drops, scheduling transportation and maintaining organized records
  • support community operations by walking the community, proactively noticing and reporting concerns, assisting with event setup and providing responsible alcohol service during gatherings
  • create memorable first impressions by greeting residents, families, and guests, answering calls professionally, anticipating needs and offering courteous valet services
  • welcome new residents by introducing yourself whenever you see them
