The Culinary Intern/Extern position at Wild Dunes Resort offers an exceptional opportunity for those passionate about pursuing a career in the culinary arts. This role is designed for individuals currently enrolled in an accredited culinary program who seek hands-on experience in a professional kitchen setting. Under close supervision and training by experienced chefs and cooks, the Culinary Intern/Extern will assist in daily food preparation across multiple outlets including restaurants, amenities, room service, banquets, and catered events. As a member of the Wild Dunes Resort team, interns gain valuable industry experience, prepare for future culinary roles, and contribute to enhancing the resort's reputation as the Destination and Employer of Choice.

Working at Wild Dunes Resort provides not only a competitive wage but also access to comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities. Colleagues enjoy a supportive and inclusive working environment with access to training programs, free and discounted room nights, retail discounts, and recreational facilities such as the beach, tennis, and pickleball courts.
