The role of Host/Hostess at Valencia Hotel Group is a pivotal position within the restaurant team focused on enhancing the guest experience from the moment they arrive. This non-exempt position reports directly to the Restaurant Manager, ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the restaurant operations. As the face of the restaurant, the Host/Hostess is tasked with welcoming guests warmly, managing reservations, and efficiently seating guests to maintain an orderly flow of service. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic hospitality environment. Job Requirements

- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
