Spec's Wines, Spirits, and Finer Foods is currently seeking dynamic, energetic, and guest-focused Store Drivers for full-time positions. The role requires a flexible schedule with availability to work five to six days per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The primary responsibility of the Store Driver is to deliver transfers and guest orders to various company locations as well as directly to customers' homes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery service.
This position does not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), but experience with local route delivery is considered a valuable asset. Drivers will be responsible for loading merchandise for delivery and unloading it upon arrival at the destination. Given the customer-facing aspect of the role, candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach. Physical fitness is important as the job involves lifting at least 50 pounds, and the ability to push, pull, and maneuver merchandise using a dolly.
It is mandatory for candidates to be at least 21 years old and hold or obtain a valid Texas Driver’s License within 90 days of employment to comply with state laws and insurance company regulations.
