• McNichols Campus: Located at 4001 W. McNichols Road, this 70-acre campus houses most of the university's undergraduate and graduate programs, main administration, six residence halls, and athletic facilities.
• Corktown Campus: Situated at 2700 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, it hosts the School of Dentistry and its clinical Dental Center.
• Riverfront Campus: Located at 651 East Jefferson Avenue, it is home to the School of Law.
• Novi Campus: Found at 41555 W 12 Mile Road, this campus expands graduate and health education programs.
• Programs are also offered at the Macomb University Center in Clinton Township.
• There is a partnership with Aquinas College in Grand Rapids for a Nursing prelicensure program.
