Pizza Tascio is a family-owned New York-style pizzeria that has rapidly expanded across the Kansas City area since its inception in 2021. Founded by Erik Borger, the restaurant aims to bring authentic East Coast flavors to the Midwest. It offers both whole pies and slices throughout the day.

The mozzarella is made from whole milk, grated in-house, and free of anti-caking agents. The tomato sauce is made from Bianco DiNapoli organic tomatoes, olive oil, basil, and sea salt. Meats are sourced locally without fillers, and fresh produce is prepped in-house without additives or chemicals.
