Pago on Main was a distinguished restaurant located at 341 S Main St, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Established in early 2022, it was an extension of the original Pago restaurant, a pioneer in the farm-to-table dining experience in Salt Lake City since 2009.

The restaurant was known for its New American cuisine, emphasizing small production, local ingredients, and sustainability. Its menu featured contemporary dishes crafted from the freshest seasonal produce, reflecting the best offerings from local farms and artisans.

The wine program, curated by Owner/Sommelier Scott Evans, focused on small producers with an emphasis on natural and organic viticulture and viniculture. In 2017, Wine Enthusiast Magazine included Pago on its list of Top 100 wine lists in the world.

The ambiance of Pago on Main was modern and inviting, with an open kitchen design that allowed diners to view the culinary process. The restaurant operated dinner service from Wednesday to Monday, with brunch on weekends.

However, it closed its doors on August 2, 2023, due to the conclusion of a business partnership.
