Minnesota Public Radio

Minnesota Public Radio (MPR) is a nonprofit organization that has been serving the state of Minnesota since 1967. Established with a single classical music station in Collegeville, Minnesota, MPR has expanded into a comprehensive public radio network with diverse programming for its listeners.

• Carbon Sound: Dedicated to R&B music and Black artists, available online and on the HD 2 subchannel of KCMP in the Twin Cities.
• Local Current: Programmed by The Current staff, featuring music from Minnesota artists available online.
• Radio Heartland: Presents an eclectic mix of acoustic, Americana, and roots music available on the HD2 subchannel of KNOW-FM and via a separate webcast.
