Luke's Lobster is a family-owned Maine seafood business founded in 2009 by third-generation lobsterman Luke Holden. The company began with a single lobster roll shack in New York City's East Village, aiming to provide authentic, high-quality Maine lobster rolls to the city.

Over the years, Luke's Lobster has expanded its presence, now operating 29 shacks across the United States, as well as locations in Japan and Singapore.

This facility processes approximately 32,000 pounds of lobster daily, handling the seafood from the moment it's caught to its preparation and distribution to the shacks. This approach ensures consistent quality and supports the company's dedication to sustainability.

Menu and Offerings

The menu at Luke's Lobster features a variety of seafood offerings, with the signature lobster roll being a standout.

Other items include crab and shrimp rolls, New England clam chowder, lobster bisque, and seasonal specials like truffle lobster rolls and lobster mac and cheese.
