The group's flagship restaurant, Tonic Seafood & Steak, is located in the heart of downtown Wilmington. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Patrick Bradley, Tonic offers a menu featuring fresh seafood, lighter fare, and renowned dry-aged steaks.

• Juniper by Tonic: Over 5,000 square feet of event space with adjoining rooms and private entrances. It hosts weddings, social gatherings, and corporate functions with customizable food and beverage packages.
• Park Café: A charming eatery specializing in brunch and lunch, featuring fresh soups, salads, sandwiches, exquisite in-house pastries, and seasonal menu options.
• Giordano's: Acquired in late 2022 in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, Giordano’s offers a lively sports bar, elegant private event spaces, a casual dining room with a new bar, and take-out options. The menu includes decades-old recipes.
• Deep Blue at The Inn at Kitty Knight: Located along the Sassafras River in Georgetown, Maryland, with waterfront dining and stunning river views. The menu highlights freshly caught seafood, steaks, and fresh salads. Event space accommodates up to 200 guests for weddings and special occasions.
