In July 2024, Headway secured $100 million in a Series D funding round led by Spark Capital, elevating its valuation to $2.3 billion. This funding is intended to further enhance the platform's capabilities, expand its reach, and continue to improve the accessibility and affordability of mental health care nationwide.
