The flagship establishment, Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse, is a Chicago icon known for its prime steaks and classic American dishes. The menu features Gibsons Prime Angus beef, a USDA-certified prime beef sourced from select producers in the upper Midwest.

This beef is grain-fed for up to 120 days and aged for a minimum of 45 days. This dedication to quality has made Gibsons a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
