Canterbury Court, established in 1965, is Atlanta's first Life Plan community offering a comprehensive continuum of care for seniors in the heart of the Buckhead neighborhood. As a faith-based, not-for-profit organization, it reinvests revenue into the community to benefit residents and staff.

Independent Living

Canterbury Court provides a variety of independent living options, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. These residences feature modern kitchens, 9-foot ceilings, and balconies with stunning views.

Maintenance-free living is complemented by services such as housekeeping, linen service, and scheduled local transportation. Residents enjoy multiple dining venues, planned social and educational activities, and access to community amenities like the library and wellness center.

Assisted Living

The Monarch Pavilion, a recent addition to the campus, houses the Azalea View Assisted Living neighborhood.

This area offers one- and two-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, walk-in closets, and balconies in some units. Services include assistance with daily activities, 24-hour licensed nursing, medication management, and access to on-site rehabilitation services.

Residents can participate in organized outings and personalized dining options.

Skilled Nursing

Also located within the Monarch Pavilion, Sage Glen provides skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care needs.

Private suites with private bathrooms are available. Services include 24/7 licensed nursing, innovative therapy programs, and creative activities like music and pet therapy.

Residents have access to all-day nutritious dining and common areas such as activity rooms and private dining spaces.

Health and Wellness

The community emphasizes holistic well-being through a variety of fitness classes, educational workshops, and recreational activities.

The Legacy Gardens, a 10-acre protected wildlife sanctuary, offer residents a serene environment for relaxation and outdoor activities. The campus also features a state-of-the-art wellness center and an indoor pool.
