Company Formation and Size

The organization was established in 2024 through the merger of four Northeast-based ENT practices: Pinnacle ENT, Providence ENT, BergerHenry ENT, and Greenwich ENT. This consolidation brought together 30 physicians, 28 audiologists, and 160 staff members across eight divisions.

These divisions operate in Pennsylvania and Connecticut, emphasizing the preservation of clinical autonomy. The partners are committed to providing comprehensive care and compassionate service that improves patients' lives.

In September 2024, Align expanded into Michigan by partnering with Mid-Michigan ENT in East Lansing. This move marked Align's fourth state of operation, strengthening its presence across the U.S.

James Grant serves as the Chief Executive Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in building and improving healthcare businesses. His background includes healthcare strategy, operations, corporate development, and post-merger integration.

Before joining Align, James was CEO of Pinnacle GI Partners and led the U.S. Healthcare Value Creation team at Partners Group, a global private equity firm.
