Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED); proficiency in basic business and finance acumen, analysis, and problem-solving skills; strong focus on people development and guest service; excellent communication and computer skills; three or more years of management experience; retail management experience preferred; knowledge of general business practices; organizational skills; ability to provide excellent customer service; genuine interest in all animals; valid driver’s license.
