Position: Sous Chef – Pastry
About: Supervises the team and production in the Bakery department of Universal Orlando Resort. The role involves overseeing the complete program and operation of baked goods and products for the resort.
Requirements: Culinary degree or Chef’s Apprentice preferred; 3+ years of experience in a high-volume bakery production facility; 1+ year of supervisory experience; Experience working with chocolate, laminated dough, sugar art, cake decorating, and scratch baking (leavened dough) preferred.
