Position: Sommelier job
About: Abe & Louie’s Boston, a renowned American steakhouse in Boston, is in search of a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to enhance the dining experience for our guests with our extensive wine list. We value exceptional service and expert wine pairing to complement our award-winning menu.
Requirements: Education: High School; able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English; Experience: Prior experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward/Stewardess or similar role; Computer Skills: Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system; Certificates & Licenses: Sommelier Certification preferred; Other Requirements: Must meet the local, legal minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages; coordination skills for proper pouring and carrying of several drinks and plates simultaneously; Extensive knowledge of different wines and the winemaking process
