About: TGI Fridays in Silver Spring, Maryland, is seeking a dedicated Server to deliver exceptional service and customize dining experiences for guests. The server should be well-versed in menu items and adept at meeting guest expectations with personalized service in a vibrant dining environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to deliver plates, clear tables, and lift up to 30 lbs; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in operating POS systems and handling transactions accurately; capacity to remain calm in challenging situations and escalate issues to management; excellent multitasking abilities; must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, and stoop throughout the shift
