Requirements: A College Degree; 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries; Success in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams; Strong relationships with clients, investors, ownership groups, and vendors; Budget and/or P&L management experience; Proficiency in industry software (YARDI), apps, and computer programs; Basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP); Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; Sharp professional appearance; Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire where applicable
