Requirements: Minimum two years of post high school education; Two+ years of full employment in a related position; Hotel experience preferred; Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures; Ability to investigate and analyze information; Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work under time constraints; Physical ability to move throughout food and beverage areas
