Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience; ability to direct and coordinate organizational goals and objectives; hands-on leadership style with the ability to build, coach, and develop a team; excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with a focus on quality; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
