Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Managers at Wintzell’s Oyster House work with the restaurant’s management team to plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the restaurant while adhering to the company’s policies and procedures. Wintzell’s Restaurant Manager should have a firm understanding of and passion for the mission statement: “Service, Seafood, and Sentiment for Many Folks” and recognize Wintzell’s place as one of Mobile’s most famous restaurants.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 2-3 years restaurant management experience preferred; excellent communication and organizational skills; a passion for hospitality and commitment to building sales; a ‘can-do’ attitude as well as the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
