Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: A restaurant in need of a General Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations and work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. The General Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring efficient restaurant operations during service hours.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; five years of service experience with a minimum of 2 years in a management role; proficiency in POS and reporting software; extensive knowledge of cuisine and wines; ability to train and motivate a team; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; passion for hospitality and customer service
