Position: Pre-Licensing Training Agent – Remote

Requirements: High School Graduate or GED; Over 18 years of age; 6 months customer service experience minimum; 6 months Call Center experience preferred; Ability to type 25 wpm; Comfort with desktop computer system; Proven oral & written communication skills; Logical problem-solving skills; Availability to work various shifts; Ability to use Windows operating systems; Organization and work prioritization skills
