Position: PM Cook III at The Talbott Hotel

Requirements: Previous supervisory responsibility preferred; at least 7 years of related progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; Food Handlers Certification (must comply with State requirements); ability to convey information and ideas clearly; ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; ability to work well in stressful high-pressure situations; ability to demonstrate initiative in job performance including anticipating needs; ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure; effective in handling workplace problems; ability to assimilate complex information from disparate sources; effective at listening, understanding, and clarifying issues raised by coworkers and guests; ability to work with and understand financial information and data; basic arithmetic skills
