Position: Pei Wei Restaurant Shift Leader-Hospitality/Culinary
About: At Pei Wei, Shift Leaders play a critical role in the success of the restaurant by directly assisting the Management teams. They are responsible for training and guiding team members in all aspects of the restaurant, from guest service to kitchen execution. Shift Leaders must be comfortable taking on a leadership role in the absence of Management.
Requirements: Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; Experience: External Candidates – 6 months shift lead experience; Internal Candidates – 4 months Pei Wei experience; Competencies: Action Oriented, Customer Focused, Self-Motivated
