Position: Patient Concierge (Clinics and Surgery Center)

Requirements: Some post-secondary education or multi-culturally competent; Knowledgeable about the company, M Health, campus, local businesses, local venues, and special events; Proven successful office/reception, retail service, and concierge or customer service experience; Good medical terminology and experience with complex medical scheduling; Ability to learn new systems and workflow processes; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to multi-task on an ongoing basis, good organization and prioritization skills, and accurate recordkeeping skills; Demonstrates interpersonal values of compassion, respect, teamwork, and diversity; Flexibility to rotate through various areas of facility as needed
