Requirements: Formal education in baking and pastry arts; Strong cost control and organizational skills; Excellent communication and training abilities; Proficiency in all pastry and baking-related tasks; Competent computer skills; Experience in guest interaction and staff management; 3 to 5 years of culinary experience; Proven experience supervising a small team (1-3 members); Proficiency in all basic cooking skills; Capability to manage a single kitchen station independently; Strong desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weights
