Position: Pasta Cucina Bus Person – (Part Time) – Sunset
About: A restaurant is looking for a Bus Person (Ayudante de camarero) to assist the Server in all aspects of service in a quick and efficient manner. Responsibilities include informing the Manager on duty of any Guest opportunities, greeting Guests with water service and non-alcoholic beverages, serving drinks on a tray, busing tables by wiping off tables, chairs, and booth seats, inspecting and ensuring cleanliness of the floor area, re-setting tables, and stocking supplies inside stations.
Requirements: Minimum one year restaurant experience preferred; outstanding Team and Guest relations; effective communication skills; ability to carry loaded large and small trays
