Position: Mechanic-Porter
About: Maintains LESC buildings in repair, including plumbing, electricity, and all facilities, ensuring the common areas are clean, safe, and sanitary. Responsibilities include identifying and repairing maintenance issues, maintaining air conditioners, checking safety equipment, cleaning common areas daily, and providing 24-hour on-call coverage.
Requirements: High school graduate, GED, or Trade School Diploma; 1-2 years experience in building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, painting, and electrical); must provide own hand tools
