Position: Maternity Care Support Specialist
About: Christian Healthcare Ministries is seeking a Maternity Care Support Representative to serve as the initial point of contact for members and their families, offering exceptional customer service throughout the post-partum journey. This role involves administrative support for CHM’s maternity team while upholding the organization’s mission, vision, values, and customer service standards.
Requirements: HS Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam; able to operate a PC and work with information systems/applications; previous experience with Microsoft Office programs; experience operating routine office equipment; medical background is preferred; knowledge of Maternity Global Fee/Stork Package preferred; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; compensation commensurate with experience; prolonged periods of sitting at a desk; perform other job duties as assigned by management
