Position: Lean Manufacturing Manager

This role involves driving continuous improvement across the Customer Service Center (CSC) by implementing and teaching lean principles and ensuring adherence to the LSG Sky Chefs Production System.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent experience required; five to seven years of experience in developing and implementing production/process methods with three to five years in the manufacturing/automotive industry preferred; effective workshop facilitator skills; knowledge of lean concepts including Toyota Production System principles; proven track record in Lean manufacturing; Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Lean Master Certification preferred; knowledge of Total Quality Management and Change Management; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with Windows-based software; excellent communication skills; ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
