Position: Lead Baker – Full Time
About: Whole Foods Market is seeking a dedicated and skilled Baker to join their team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality goods in accordance with Whole Foods Market’s standards, providing leadership to team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires adherence to company procedures and values, as well as maintaining a clean and safe workspace environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 14+ months of retail experience; ability to lift 50 pounds; standing/walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift; strong product, production, and equipment knowledge; excellent communication and teamwork skills; passion for natural foods and Whole Foods Market’s mission; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency; basic Microsoft Excel skills
