We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our customer service department and assist in managing our data entry operations.
Key responsibilities:
– Accurately enter and maintain customer account information into our database
– Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
– Monitor and review customer accounts to ensure data accuracy and completeness
– Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer data
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective data entry processes
– Continuously work to improve data entry procedures and maintain data integrity
– Adhere to all security and confidentiality standards in handling customer data
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred, 1-2 years experience in data entry or customer service, proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook, excellent attention to detail and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of financial services and investments is a plus
