Position: Hotel Concierge (Oahu) – Sales & Activities
About: Pleasant Holidays, one of the largest travel wholesalers in the United States specializing in vacation travel to various destinations including the Hawaiian Islands, Caribbean, Central America, Europe, Mexico, and more, is looking for a Concierge Sales Agent. This position will be based at the Waikiki desks on the Island of Oahu, where the agent will assist guests in booking activities and tours to ensure a memorable experience. Pleasant Holidays is a subsidiary of the Automobile Club of Southern California, providing diversified services to AAA Members for over a century.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred; background in tourism/hospitality/travel industry; exceptional sales and customer service skills; knowledge of Hawaiian Islands and local tours and activities; ability to understand and meet customer needs; fluency in English and Japanese preferred; strong communication skills; basic computer literacy; familiarity with POS system Al Desk is a plus; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; strong cultural interaction skills.
