Position: Heavy Equipment Operator

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment; Valid operator’s certification or license for specific equipment (e.g., OSHA certification, CDL); Proficient in operating a wide variety of construction machinery; Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations; Ability to work in challenging and potentially hazardous environments; Good communication and teamwork skills; Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical problems and perform light maintenance; Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs; ability to work in varying weather conditions; ability to sit for extended periods of time while operating machinery
