Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years working as a Barista or Head Barista in Specialty coffee, or 4 years in non-specialty coffee in a high volume fast-paced environment; Strong technical Barista knowledge and skills (extraction, texturing, pouring); Keen to train, mentor, and support teammates in their coffee education; Hospitality-focused individual who loves making others feel good; Positive team player delivering exceptional customer experiences; Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly; Motivated individual seeking career growth in the hospitality industry; Skilled in digital platforms for customer service; Punctual and reliable teammate
