Requirements: High school education or equivalent required; 1 year of porter, groundskeeper, or equivalent experience preferred; exceptional customer service skills; at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license; ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently; successful background check and drug screen completion required; legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines
