Position: General Manager – Fine Dining Restaurant General Manager

As they venture into Latin Coastal Cuisine at a new location in Creekside Park, known for its best covered patio in The Woodlands and a vibrant beverage program featuring a premier selection of Mescal, Tequila, and Wines, they are seeking a General Manager to lead their team with natural leadership skills and a passion for food and wine.
Requirements: High volume dining background in the Houston market; strong financial acumen; hands-on experience in service and team building; at least 5 years of experience in a General Manager role; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with VIP clientele; experience with POS, Open Table, and computer systems; proven team player; highest standards in honesty, integrity, humility, and leadership
