Requirements: A bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year accredited college or university in business or public administration; minimum 5-7 years of industry experience in a senior management role within an Arena, Convention Center, or Stadium; proven track record in managing large-scale facility operations with a diverse workforce; experience in contract negotiations, personnel supervision, event promotion, and hospitality management; ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines; flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel when required
