Position: General Manager
About: Ruth’s Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee the operations of their upscale concept restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and guest-friendly atmosphere, managing administrative tasks, reviewing financial reports, and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. This individual will lead a team to achieve budgeted sales and profit levels, and uphold brand standards while fostering community relationships and brand awareness.
Requirements: Extensive experience leading a high-volume, upscale concept restaurant; Wine knowledge required, sommelier experience preferred; Servsafe Food and Alcohol certification preferred; Culinary experience or training a plus; Business education or restaurant management degree a plus
