About: The County of Orange is a regional service provider and planning agency with core businesses in public safety, public health, environmental protection, regional planning, public assistance, social services, and aviation. The Social Services Agency operates under the guidance of the Orange County Board of Supervisors and the California Departments of Social Services and Health Care Services, overseeing various social services programs. The Probation Department works to make Orange County safer through positive change, utilizing efficient and research-supported corrections practices to reduce crime and assist the Courts in managing offenders.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to key data at a rate acceptable for position requirements; proficiency in MS Office Windows, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines in an office environment
