Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible and long hours sometimes required; ability to stand during entire shift; effective communication skills both verbally and written; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; excellent customer service and problem-solving skills; compliance with hotel standards and regulations; attendance at all required meetings and trainings; ability to maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; ability to handle complex information and cross-train in other hotel-related areas; initiative in anticipating guest or operational needs; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; familiarity with state liquor laws; physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects
